Can I return an item for an exchange or refund?

 

Strictly no exchange or refund once payment is made.

Can I cancel or amend my order after I've placed it?

 

Do get in touch with us if you have placed an order through the online store. You may amend or cancel your order within 1 day from Paypal transaction. However if you have already made payment for more than 1 day, no cancellation, exchange or refund is allowed.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
 

Like other delicate jewelry, strassed crystals may detached during transit. Not to worry as this may be due to repeated knocking during delivery and can be fixed easily. Extra crystals are provided for each clutch and you may use a cement craft glue to paste the crystals. DO NOT USE SUPERGLUE. 

 

However if your clutch has a defect (e.g. clasp unable to lock or close, dented edges), do get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving the clutch, and we shall arrange for repair, or if not recoverable, an exchange will be made.

Do you ship out of Malaysia and Singapore?
 

No. We are currently exploring affordable shipping options to ship outside of Malaysia and Singapore. 

 

For deliveries outside Malaysia and Singapore:  Do get in touch with us for a shipping fee quote before placing your order.

Are these ready stocks? If not, how long is the waiting time?
 

Our clutches are made-to-order by our workshop to ensure excellent workmanship and quality. Hence, your orders will be pre-ordered and processed within 3 working days upon receiving your order. Delivery will be made within 3 - 3.5 weeks or less, upon receiving full payment. 

 

We shall advise you the expected delivery date upon receiving payment.

What courier service does The Bag Atelier use for its delivery? How many days does it take to reach me?
 

Our preferred courier service provider is Citylink for deliveries within Malaysia; and Singpost for deliveries within Singapore.

 

Deliveries within Malaysia takes about 2 - 4 working days upon dispatch. You may track your order with the tracking number provided to you in a follow-up email / Whatsapp message at dispatch.

 

Deliveries within Singapore takes about 2 - 3 working days upon dispatch. You may track your order with the tracking number provided to you in a follow-up email / Whatsapp message at dispatch.

 

If you wish to use another service provider not specified above, do let us know during confirmation and payment of order. Additional charges may apply.

Can I arrange for a pick-up instead of using a courier service?
 

Pick-up arrangements can be made for these locations:

 

Pick up for Klang Valley & Kuala Lumpur: Giza, Kota Damansara or Coffee Bean at Bangsar Village 2

 

Pick up for Singapore: Raffles MRT or Lavender MRT or Entrepreneur Centre, 50 Tagore Lane

How can I pay for my order?
 

For customers within Malaysia and Singapore, we accept Paypal only. We are currently working on other payment platforms to make this experience an easy one for you.
